1. Accommodation is open to all residents.

2. Both men and women are elgible without any distiction of caste and creed.

3. The arrangement is "Pay & Stay".

4. The selection for admission to the home shall be made by the Managing Committee.

5. The Managing committee will give special consideration to NRIs or his/her dependent.

6. Detailed Terms & Condition are under consideration.

7. Accomodation will be available on monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly basisand
    charges would be accordingly.
